This is the second workshop I’ve done with Aveen and I couldn’t recommend it more. Aveen explains and demonstrates everything clearly and is always on hand to offer guidance. The day was really fun and a great way to start the Christmas period. I’m genuinely happy with what I’ve made and would not hesitate to do another workshop with Aveen.

We had an absolutely brilliant day at the Glass and arrow workshop. Aveen is great at explaining each step and then let us have a go on our own pieces. The honeycomb design is beautiful and the large selection of glass made each piece personal and so different between the two of us attending. The venue is beautiful - we were very lucky with the sunset views which made the glass look extra special. We're both so happy with what we made, have learnt new skills and had a wonderful day with Aveen - thank you!

Genuinely the best workshop I’ve ever been on. Incredible location. Even more incredible tuition. The process was explained clearly and help always at hand. I cannot recommend this enough. Left with the most beautiful piece of work. Looking forward to returning!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I booked in with Aveen as was keen to try something new, I’m not a crafter and have never done anything like a workshop before. Aveen is such a good teacher she explained each step of the process clearly and gave demonstrations so I was completely confident before cutting. I loved every second of the workshop and am so proud of what I created.

Stainglass art is something I've always wanted to do and when the opportunity came up, I jumped at it. I loved the examples that Aveen shared, so tasteful and beautiful. I wanted to have a go. I am so glad I did. Aveen takes you through the process with patience and as a result, I felt confident. She's a natural teacher and so complimentary about what I was doing. Her workshop was so organised and she was very kind in supplying drinks and lovely cake! The venue was an added bonus. Such a nice place to do art! I would highly recommend anyone to do this workshop. I want to do another and that is my plan!

I had a fantastic day taking part in this workshop. I’d not done any craft or art based work since school, but when I saw this I really wanted to give it a go. Aveen is a knowledgeable and friendly teacher, she made everything easy for me to understand and the whole experience was fun and rewarding. I’ll definitely be looking to do similar workshops in the future after this experience. I’d wholeheartedly recommend a workshop with Aveen to anyone. You’ll have fun and create something you can be proud of.

Attending a Glass & Arrow workshop is like taking a holiday in just a single day, I felt revived and inspired afterwards. Aveen is a talented and organised teacher, the workshop was well paced and I left feeling confident in my new skills. The setting couldn’t be better, with big sea views, plenty of space to work and lovely company. I went on my own not knowing anyone, and I felt I’d spent the day with friends. After the workshop I swam in the marine lake and ate chips for tea while watching the sunset! A great all round day and one of the best learning experiences I’ve had.

I had a wonderful day with Aveen making a beautiful sun catcher. The process was all my own work with Aveen guiding us every step of the way, demonstrating everything clearly and in an engaging way. It was a captivating creative experience and lots of fun. The studio is fabulous with stunning views and lots of light to show off the gorgeous glass. I highly recommend the whole experience.

The class was so much fun, I highly recommend it. Aveen is a great teacher, taking you through everything you need to learn all the way from choosing your own glass, cutting, shaping, foiling and soldering- you get to do it all. Health and safety is a priority in the class and we always felt safe and well looked after. My friend and I both love our creations! Thank you very much :)

An excellent day that was brilliantly planned out for every step. You are taken from complete beginner to creating your piece with supportive guidance and encouragement throughout. The setting and company at Aveen’s was wonderful too.

Returned for another workshop with Aveen having really enjoyed my previous one. Had a great time making a more complex piece, again with fabulous guidance from Aveen.

Hands down this was the best workshop I’ve ever been to. Having no experience in stained glass making, Aveen explained all the techniques and cautionary steps thoroughly to me and everything was manageable to follow. I was scared of cutting the glass at first but she gave me confidence to do so. Safety was a top priority in this class so I felt totally safe working with glass.

Also, Aveen’s studio is a great space to be creative in, being by the sea and all, I felt such at ease! She’s an all around wonderful teacher and I would definitely go again if given the chance. Well worth your money. Thank you!

This was my second amazing workshop with Aveen. I made a different stained glass piece and really enjoyed trying out different colours and textures.

Aveen is well organised and I felt safe using all the necessary provided PPE. Coffee and cake combined with sea views just tops it all! I would highly recommend and you get more confidence after your first one.

The day was paced out really nicely, nothing felt too rushed or too slow and Aveen is really lovely and friendly. Although Aveen, Kate and I had never met before we all chatted throughout the day whilst working on the tasks in hand, and it felt just like doing a workshop with your friends, it was a lovely warming atmosphere paired with the epic view of Clevedon Pier out of the window!

I’d highly recommend this to anyone who wants to learn some new skills in a friendly and non overwhelming atmosphere where you’ll feel just at home.
